(SLR26) LATER DAYS - Songs of the Watchmaker CD
Wayne Jackson (aka Later Days) is intrigued by the complexity of emergent systems, 
both natural and computational. In the summer, this fascination leads him to create 
obscure computer music software. In the winter, it sends him outside to hunt mushrooms.

Songs of the Watchmaker is his debut full-length, which follows his 3”CD "Do" on the 
esteemed Irish label Fallt. Working with his own custom built software, Wayne has 
created a sinister yet playful album of squiggly audio drawings harvested from his 
sonic garden. 

(SLR31) LIM - Embracing Hush 3"CDR
Lim (aka Darren Milos) is a young musician from Conneticut who, in his own words, 
created the songs on Embracing Hush using a "15 second flute sample from this New Haven, CT. 
kind of prog/psych band, that my mom's friend gave me an LP of." That's ok by us because 
the results are a gorgeous set of glassy loops (stretching out to infinity) and dubbed 
out strains of static. A fine debut indeed.

(SLR22) Chuck Bettis - Sonic Sigils 3"CD
there is some kinda menacing magick at work here, harsh ambience inspired by the 
pacifist/psychological technique of calming people in heated conversations by catching up 
to the breathing of the upset person, then slowly, by utilizing your own breathing, slowing 
down their breathing by slowing down your own.

(SLR27) Psychon - Apocalypse has been dubbed the weekend pill CD (co-release w/ Narrominded, NL)
Dutch group do freejazz, krautrock, ambient, electronica and arenarock.

Birchville Cat Motel kicks off a US tour Dec 29th - 
Jan 8th. On tour with him is Howard Stelzer (who 
runs intransitive) and Donna Parker.
